I forgot

I have a blog. My name is Shelby Dupree (well, sorta). I've been neglectful of my blog. I forgot .. and then I got busy .. and then I went on vacation .. and I also have this stooopid job .. and I have some dogs and a husband and two children and a yard and ... and .. and.. well, sorry.

I will try to do better. But I can't do it today.

I'm wiped out.

Today.. I cooked breakfast at lunchtime, which was actually lunch. Or a semblance of some part of some kind of meal. Ended up being rice and gravy. I was out of milk. No car (flat tire). Husband worked today. So... raided the pantry, that's what I came up with.

Pretty good actually.

Downloaded a new audio book to listen to.. looking forward to that muchly.. Geography of Bliss. I believe it will be awesome.

Currently, I have a color on my hair to wash off shortly -- at 12:31 to be exact.. at which time I'll be (according to the box) - ash blonde.

Cross fingers. One thing I know is.. it'll be an improvement over the dull silvery gray. I am too young to look this old.

After while, I'll go walk. And ... listen to my new book.
