When gods collide

Remember young woman in a pile of legal financial trouble? She's fighting - and I love it. Latest move is to ask one of the judges to delay her criminal case until another judge makes a yes or no decision of whether the government can take her insurance money (to pay her legal fees).

What's happening is this. The government sued her, charged her, arrested her, everything else'd her, took her money, took her property, took her mail, tried to take her panties drawer, and threatened her husband that they'd take the flowers out of her inherited grandmother's house's yard.

That's all documented in press articles and court filings.

She should have insurance coverage that would pay her legal fees - but the government took that too. They completely have stripped her of everything, before she's been found innocent or guilty by any Court in the land.

One of the judges is sitting on the decision to allow her some money that is due her to pay for her own legal defense.

Is he stonewalling? I don't know. I know she doesn't have the insurance money and I know what's happened already up to this point.

Her lawyer is asking the criminal judge to Order a delay in the criminal case until the other judge makes a decision to allow her money so she can pay her own defense.

The court appointed receiver who is the taker of all things from young woman has made more than a few enemies, in and out of the Court.
